1. Connect
Moving Together assumes that the connection between people and with themselves and their environment is always present but can sometimes be less visible, less tangible or interrupted. The shape of the connection arises through interaction between the person with themselves and the context.
2. Getting through to truly understand
Getting through, empathic listening and being emotionally connected goes deeper than observing from the outside. It is about understanding our own true nature and that of others, temporarily identifying with it, tasting the in-between space, the other and the wider environment. In this way, it allows us to see and understand our own and others' natures better. The better we know the other and the environment, the better we know ourselves and vice versa. Everything then becomes more relative and we get closer to our authenticity.
This creates mutual trust and allows connections to emerge.
3. Place of connection
Creating a mental, emotional and sometimes physical place or momentum (can also be digital) where individuals can come closer to themselves or the people involved can meet each other and have the opportunity to connect more deeply to themselves and/or to one another in order to better understand their own being and/or the other's world for a deeper and more meaningful connection.
