Project day Arteconomy

As part of the prestigious exhibition Futurotextiel 08, entrepreneurs and artists speak about their personal experiences in the seven pioneering projects that Arteconomy has set up with several companies between 2005 and 2008: Bel&BO (Promo Fashion), Concordia Textiles, VDS Weaving, Domotic.Lounge, Siemens, Puuradvocatuur/Jan Leysen, Atelier 36/BAM.

The artists, entrepreneurs and emplyees of the companies discussed both the process and the actual results of the specific pioneering projects.

Sabine Denis, adviser of the minister of economy and innovation Ceysens, Stefaan De Clerck, Mayor of Kortrijk and Julie Vandenbroucke, president of Arteconomy, led a final discussion regarding the future policy would be like.

The project day ended with the presentation of the book Walk with me. About artists, Constructies Espeel and their collaborations.
