On 18 May 2018 Luc Geurts, OP-professor Electronics / Technology for Tangible and Playful Interaction, organised a debate for second - year students of the faculty Industrial Enginering Sience at the University of Louvain. This is something he does every year.
The topic: The Influence of Technology on Society specifically the Relation between Art and Sience.
The artists were Ief Spincemaillie and Steven Devleminck, Jo Libeer, ex CEO of the Flemish Chamber of Commerce and the intermediary Julie Vandenbroucke, Arteconomy, gave their vision/statement on the topic. After that the debate with the students started.
